2 hours, for both remote and in-person sessions.
Can you interpret at a notary appointment?
Yes — this is one of the most common bookings; tell us the appointment time and location when you book.
Remote or in-person — which do I need?
Remote suits calls, negotiations and most appointments; in-person suits notary signings, site visits and anything where physical presence matters. If you're unsure, tell us the situation and we'll advise.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for in-person bookings — availability is confirmed at the time you book, not guaranteed in advance of that.
Do you provide simultaneous (booth) interpreting?
Not as a standard package — get in touch on /contact/ and we'll scope the equipment and interpreter team separately.
What if the session runs over the booked time?
Tell the interpreter as it happens; any extra time is billed at the same hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
