The Spanish sworn-translation convention — one sworn page is counted as approximately 250 words of the source document. Used for Certified & Sworn Translation only.
The standard unit for document translation, proofreading and revision services. Word count is confirmed from your file before work starts.
Used for Interpreting, billed in the increment booked (2-hour minimum), plus a fixed full-day rate at 8 hours.
Used for Transcription, counted from the audio's actual runtime.
Used for Subtitling & Audiovisual Translation, counted from the video's runtime.

Every price on this site includes 21% Spanish IVA. Checkout shows the net amount and the IVA breakdown separately, and issues an invoice on request — supply your VAT/NIF at checkout if you need one. Payment methods: card (via mock demo in this build), bank transfer, or pay-on-invoice for business clients.

We confirm the exact word or page count from your file before work starts and quote against the published tier price — no adjustment after delivery.
What happens if my document is longer than 50,000 words?
It moves to a bespoke quote rather than standard checkout — get in touch on /contact/ with the scope.
Can I mix services in one order?
Yes — add each service to your cart separately; the cart totals everything together.
Do prices change for rush jobs beyond the published tiers?
The published tiers (e.g. Priority, Same-day for sworn translation) already cover the standard rush options; anything faster than Same-day is a bespoke conversation.
Is VAT/IVA really included in the price shown?
Yes — every price on this site is IVA-inclusive; checkout breaks out the net amount and the 21% IVA separately for your records.
