Why boutique, and why Badalona
We're built around a simple idea: ten services are genuinely different jobs, and a translation business should be organised around what each one actually requires, not around a shared template stretched ten ways. Working from one office in Badalona — rather than a distributed freelancer network — means every order has a team that knows it, reachable by phone during stated hours, not a ticket in a queue.
Subject-matter fit, before anything else
Each of the ten services on this site is matched to linguists working specifically in that subject area — legal, medical/pharmaceutical, technical, financial, audiovisual — rather than one generalist roster split across everything. A sworn document and a subtitle file require different expertise as well as different processes; we assign accordingly, project by project.
Confidentiality, as standard
Every document you send us is handled under the same commitment, regardless of size or subject: access limited to the linguists assigned to your order, no disclosure to any third party, and handling that meets GDPR requirements for personal and sensitive data throughout.
